Our Safety Protocols for Curbside and In-Person Visits
Below, you'll find important details about our safety protocols regarding in-office visits, curbside service, and pickups and drop-offs. If you have any questions about our protocols prior to your visit, please call us at (404) 371-0111.
We are still offering curbside service to our clients. When scheduling an appointment, be sure to let us know which type of appointment (in-office or curbside) you would prefer. Call us when you arrive at our parking lot, and one of our technicians will come out and escort your pet into our hospital.
Pick-Up and Drop-off Protocols
Our lobbies will remain closed at this time and when picking up or dropping off a pet, remain in your car and call to announce your arrival. A technician will come to pick up or bring your pet to you and answer any questions you may have.
For prescriptions or food pick-up, call upon your arrival and a staff member will assist you at your car.
The Village Vets accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit. CareCredit provides you with a credit card you can use to pay your pet's medical bill in monthly payments over a certain period of time.
